Location Data We Collect
Important: This App collects precise GPS location data, including while the app is running in the background, to verify your physical presence at designated work sites for attendance purposes.
Collected when you actively use the App to record attendance — check-in, check-out, or site verification.
Collected continuously while you are clocked in at a work site, even when the App is minimized or your screen is off. This ensures accurate attendance tracking throughout your shift. You will be clearly informed via a persistent notification.

- Attendance records: timestamps of check-in and check-out events
- Work site information: assigned branch or subsidiary details

Who We Share Your Data With
Your location and attendance data is shared with your employer (the organization that licensed SISMATIX software). This data is used exclusively for workforce attendance management and is accessible through the employer's HR system.
Attendance records and location data are transmitted to your employer's Matix HR platform for payroll, compliance, and workforce management purposes.
Used for crash reporting (Crashlytics), analytics, push notifications (FCM), and remote configuration. Firebase processes data under Google's privacy terms.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.
Data Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Location and attendance data is stored securely on our servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and your employer's designated HR administrators.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Your Rights
- You may revoke location permission at any time via your device's Settings app — note that this will prevent attendance tracking
- You may request access to the personal data we hold about you
- You may request correction of inaccurate data
- You may request deletion of your data by contacting your employer or SISMATIX directly
Data Retention
Attendance and location records are retained for the period required by your employer's HR policies, typically up to 24 months, or as required by applicable labor laws. You may request earlier deletion by contacting your HR administrator.
