Smart Dawam ("the App", "we", "us") is a workplace attendance system used by organizations to record their employees' check-in and check-out. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it — with special attention to face (biometric) data.
When an employee performs an attendance check-in or check-out, the App captures a single still facial photo using the device's front camera. In addition, on-device processing (Apple's Vision framework) is used only momentarily to confirm that a live face is present and to perform liveness detection (a blink or a slight head turn) to prevent photo spoofing. This on-device liveness data is never stored and never leaves the device.
The facial photo is used for one purpose only: to verify the employee's identity so that their workplace attendance can be recorded accurately. It is never used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or tracking.
Face data is never sold or shared with any third party. The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The facial photo is transmitted only to your organization's own Smart Dawam server over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection.
The App does not store any facial photo on the device; the image exists only briefly in memory during the verification request and is then discarded. On the server, face data is stored solely on Smart Dawam's secure backend and is protected by access controls and encryption in transit.
Face data is retained only for as long as it is needed to provide the attendance service for the employee. It is deleted when the employee is removed from the organization, when the organization's account is closed, or upon a verified deletion request — whichever comes first.
Employees may request access to, or deletion of, their face data at any time by contacting their organization's administrator or us at the address below.
We do not collect this data for advertising and do not share it with third parties.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Arbitrary (non-secure) network loads are disabled in the App.
Smart Dawam is intended for use by employees of subscribing organizations and is not directed at children.

سمارت دوام ("التطبيق"، "نحن") هو نظام حضور وانصراف تستخدمه المؤسسات لتسجيل حضور موظفيها وانصرافهم. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها، مع اهتمام خاص ببيانات الوجه (البيومترية).
عند قيام الموظف بتسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف، يلتقط التطبيق صورة ثابتة واحدة للوجه باستخدام الكاميرا الأمامية. إضافةً إلى ذلك، تُستخدم المعالجة على الجهاز (إطار عمل Vision من Apple) للحظات فقط للتأكد من وجود وجه حيّ والتحقق من الحيوية (رمشة عين أو إدارة بسيطة للرأس) لمنع التحايل بالصور. لا تُخزَّن بيانات الحيوية هذه إطلاقاً ولا تغادر الجهاز.
تُستخدم صورة الوجه لغرض واحد فقط: التحقق من هوية الموظف لتسجيل حضوره وانصرافه بدقة. ولا تُستخدم إطلاقاً للإعلانات أو التصنيف أو التسويق أو التتبّع.
لا تُباع بيانات الوجه ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث إطلاقاً. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي أدوات إعلانية أو تحليلية أو تتبّع تابعة لطرف ثالث. تُرسل صورة الوجه فقط إلى خادم سمارت دوام الخاص بمؤسستك عبر اتصال مشفّر HTTPS/TLS.
لا يخزّن التطبيق أي صورة وجه على الجهاز؛ إذ توجد الصورة للحظات فقط في الذاكرة أثناء طلب التحقق ثم تُحذف. وعلى الخادم، تُخزَّن بيانات الوجه حصراً على خوادم سمارت دوام الآمنة وتُحمى بضوابط وصول وتشفير أثناء النقل.
يُحتفظ ببيانات الوجه فقط للمدة اللازمة لتقديم خدمة الحضور للموظف. وتُحذف عند إزالة الموظف من المؤسسة، أو عند إغلاق حساب المؤسسة، أو عند تقديم طلب حذف موثّق — أيّها أسبق.
يمكن للموظفين طلب الوصول إلى بيانات وجههم أو حذفها في أي وقت عبر التواصل مع مسؤول المؤسسة أو معنا على العنوان أدناه.
لا نجمع هذه البيانات لأغراض إعلانية ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث.
تُنقل جميع البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة HTTPS/TLS، ويُعطَّل في التطبيق أي نقل شبكي غير آمن.
سمارت دوام مخصص لاستخدام موظفي المؤسسات المشتركة وليس موجّهاً للأطفال.
